Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase.

For personalized or customized products, processing may take up to 7 business days due to the additional time required for customization and quality control.

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and handed over to one of our trusted shipping partners.

Shipping & Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes between 7–14 business days depending on your destination country and local carrier operations.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, severe weather conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.

How Our Shipping Process Works

To ensure reliable worldwide delivery, we work with trusted logistics partners and local delivery carriers.

The shipping process generally works as follows:

2. We process and prepare your order for shipment.
3. One of our trusted shipping partners transports the package from our warehouse to your destination country.
4. Once the package arrives in your country, it is transferred to a local last-mile delivery carrier.
5. The local carrier completes the final delivery directly to your address.

Because of this process, your shipment may be handled by more than one carrier before it reaches you.

This is a normal part of international shipping and helps ensure efficient delivery worldwide.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

You can use this tracking information to follow your shipment’s progress throughout the delivery process.

Shipment Monitoring
